Returns

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note, refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Steps To Return Your Order

1. Make sure that your order qualifies

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

 2. Return your order and packing slip

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty.

 3. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note, refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
