What payment methods do you accept?
At this moment we only accept payments made by PayPal.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping across the globe. Day One Paper Co. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Due to increased order volume and COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this difficult time.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

What if the item is missing, damaged or defective?
Please report any damaged or missing items to support@dayonepaper.com within 7 days of delivery.
Do you accept returns?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Click here for more information.
